Wiring equipment breakdown and solution

1, a three-phase mains power doesn't make sense;
2, frequency converter alarm occurs;
3, PLC outputs disconnected;
4, communications failures.
1 check whether three-phase mains power to the inverter or inverter and electric connections for tightness Yang;
2 inverter, push red reset button on the control panel until the converter returns to normal display, then press the Green Start button, if not reset, disconnect the three-phase primary power inverter until the monitor is off, then close the three-phase power supply;
3, notify the manufacturers maintenance personnel.
Traction does not turn
1 and three-phase power is disconnected;
2, frequency converter fails;
3, PLC outputs disconnected;
4, communications failures;
5, quad-speed clutch not filed.
1 check whether three-phase mains power to the inverter or inverter and motor connection;
2 inverter, push red reset button on the Control Panel, refuse to the frequency returns to normal display, then press the Green Start button, if not reset, disconnect the three-phase primary power inverter until the monitor is off, then three-phase mains power above the diaphragm;
3, notify the manufacturers maintenance personnel;
4, gear the clutch back. |
